Grading of Rides
EASY RIDES are for anyone, including families and beginners, who just enjoy a leisurely ride in company. About 20 to 25 miles maximum at about 7 mph. Ridden at the pace of the slowest rider.
‘SUPER-EASY’ RIDES are similar to EASY RIDES but are aimed at those riders who are new to cycling or want to try again after a long time away from riding. Ridden at the pace of the slowest rider.
INTERMEDIATE RIDES are ridden at about 10 mph average speed over a distance of 25 to 40 miles.
CLUB RIDES are ridden at about 12-14 mph average speed over a distance of 40 to 60 miles. All riders on "Club Rides" would be expected to be capable of maintaining this speed.

All rides start from High Cross, Truro (in front of Cathedral) on Sundays at 9am or 10am depending on distance. All rides stop for either morning coffee or lunch (at a cafe or pub),
